This course teaches UX-specific methods, techniques and digital tools that are used in today's business environment. Organizations need an innovative and well-designed user experience; it is critical for customers and employees alike interacting with websites, mobile apps, in-store self-service kiosks, as well as management packages or intranets. The practice of UX design uses the user-centered approach and covers 3 major activities: UX research (getting to know users and their contexts), activities surrounding ideation (such as design thinking and participative ideation) and prototyping. This course goes over all the UX-specific methods, techniques and digital tools most commonly used in today's business environment.
