Insure that the user is using the correct username/password and that items like CapsLock are not activated 4. Insure the settings in the VPN client are correct. 5. Identify any error codes that are given when the user attempts to log in. 6. Verify the user is in your VPN allow security group. 7. Make sure that your ASA is configured correctly to allow the VPN connection. There are many other detailed steps that can be taken to go deeper into trouble shooting. However, a procedure that will fix many issues is to uninstall and re-install the VPN client....
