Transgender in on the sixth, which is strongly associated with stigma anddiscrimination. Seventh are women. Women affects their ability to negotiate condomuse. Eighth are children. The majority were from mother-to-child pregnancy orbreastfeeding. Ninth are young people and adolescents, which are the top priority forHIV prevention, because it’s not effective to change their behavior before sexual debut.Tenth are disabled persons, evidence say that disabled people are likely to be at higherrisk of HIV infection than able-bodied persons. These people are one of KAPs and theyare more vulnerable and have higher chances at being infected by HIV.
