Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations most often used entry modes that is exporting modes because it is the typically easiest way to enter an international market, and therefore most companies begin their international expansion using this mode of entry. Furthermore, exporting has a low cost of implementation and reduced level of risk for the companies. This mode doesn’t required high expense for establishing operations in the foreign country. In most cases, this is the only form of engagement (especially SMEs) in international activities. Exporting activities can take various forms, including: indirect export, direct export, and cooperative export.
