Couple days after the auction, Mitchell took the safe to alocksmith to unlock it. However, after the locksmith opened the safe, he found $32,207 dollars inthe safe, so the locksmith called the police department in Everett who impounded the cash.Hence, the city of Everett needs to decide who owns the cash that is found in the safe.Issues:who owns the money in the safe after an auction, the Mitchells, or Sumstad Estate?
