Goal/Objective and Marketing StrategyThe progress and the overall success of an organization is based on its ability to create strategies and action plans that help to support the organization’s goals and objectives (Hill, n.d.).Established goals and objectives not only serve as ways to state what it is that the organization is attempting to accomplish, but they also serve as the compass used by the organization to provide direction and an outline for which specific actions need to be taken in order to achieve those set goals. For East Chestnut Regional Health System, creating a plan to support its goals and objectives will require appropriate analysis of each of its organizations within the system and establishing a plan for a more cohesive health system across the board. Additionally, identifying its target consumer base, recognizing outside factors that might impacts its ability to achieve its goals and developing a marketing strategy that will be able to promote growth and increase revenue are all factors that will need to be thoughtfully considered.
