Six Sigma reduces the cost of waste, itwill save hours of rework (retraining) in my case, and lead to improve production. We want toeliminate waste and improve the process by hiring people who will stay with the companyand not quit so quickly. Hire people and having them quit shortly after is costly. We arespending money on training these people which is a waste if they aren't committed to thecompany.Evaluation of Control Chart and Process MetricsCompletethe following in Excel:Calculate the defined process metrics including variation and process capability.Develop and display a control chart for the process.Evaluatethe control chart and process metrics using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods.Determine whether the process could benefit from the use of Six Sigma, Lean, or other tools. (Include allcalculation and charts.)
