He sought to apply his background in military science to the unexperienced army. EMILIO AGUINALDO - he was a Filipino revolutionary, politician, and a military leader who was officially recognized as the first and the youngest President of the Philippines year 1899–1901 and he was the first president of a constitutional republic in Asia. Also, he stated to be responsible to the execution of Gen. Antonio Luna. He saw him as a threat to his position and power. C.
