10/16/2007 UGC 111 J. Bono The Koran The Koran which is the accepted Word of God for Muslims throughout the world is filled with many stories and guidelines on how to live life as a Muslim. The Koran is accepted and used by all Muslims in order to find the way to the enlightened path. Throughout the first five chapters the basis of the religion is established. It explains how only the believers are enlightened and all others are confounded. It also says that the way to the enlightened path is by having complete faith and absolutely no doubt. By doing this only the true believers fulfill their duty to God and don’t let the hatred of others get in their way and push them off course. The Koran states “Those of whom that deny it will surely be the losers” referring to those that deny the faith. The Islamic religion has very similar stories to those of other religions, such as the creation story of Adam and Eve and the story of Moses parting the Red Sea. I think that this is strange for two religions
