Emotional Wellness: ReflectI had very successful days these two weeks and also some unsuccessful days.I started todo meditation and yoga kind of. These tactics have helped me a lot past these two weeks. I alsodid some research on my anger management, and there were a lot of articles on it. I had severaltrigger parts a day, and on some days, I had no trigger parts. The pattern continued throughoutmy days. The strategy was good overall because I tried my hardest to keep it. My friends andfamily have supported me, but from time to time, I also drifted away. There were times when Iacted without even giving it a thought and realized it later, and I felt guilty afterward. This loophas been repeating all my life and is still happening. It's one of the things I've found that I have towork on. I agree there have also been improvements, and I have calm techniques or terms tocalm me down.Those techniques are about inhaling and exhaling, thinking about something
