This preview shows page 1 - 2 out of 4 pages.

Step 1: Smile. Smile even if life isn’t good, smile because life can be good. Smile because of the possibilities and everything that’s going to be. Step 2: Find a way to destroy whatever (not whoever) destroys you. No matter how long it takes. No matter how hard it is. Make it go away. Step 3: Get yourself a passion. Something (not someone), a hobby you can live for. Step 4: Love yourself. I know it’s hard, but you have to find a way, or you will never know how good life can be. Step 5: Stop thinking. What others think is not relevant, if it makes you unhappy. Enjoy. Concentrate on what you’re doing. Decide by feeling: If you feel like something’s the right thing to do, just do it. maybe life has to suck a little in order for us to find what we really want from it. "It’s hardest to judge yourself. It’s easy to judge others because when everything is stripped away, and you’re left to yourself, they won’t be there and you won’t have to face them and the things you judged them on. But when you judge yourself and evaluate yourself, you can’t run from that. Once you know the truth about yourself, you’re stuck with it because where ever you go, yourself follows. You can’t run away from who you are; eventually it catches up to you. We’re afraid of what we’ll see if we have only ourselves to judge." "Never run away from your problems. Face them head on, and at this very moment, because it’ll be too late and you’ll regret it if you don’t. Don’t live your life in fear. Conflict is part of life, and once you get used to it you’ll see things are worth fighting for. Never give up, never stop fighting for the people or the things you believe in and want." "Beauty is an asset only when it doesn’t become a substitute for personality. Because eventually beauty will fade and we’ll be left with what‘s behind the beauty – our souls and our personalities. If you use beauty as a mask, when you take the mask off you may be surprised that you are empty or that you are unfulfilled because you spent your life try to obtain beauty and not embracing your flaws. Just because something is beautiful does not mean it is worth your time
