His desire is to restore the relationship andfellowship he had with human beings in the garden of Eden. He does not rescue and redeem ussimply to leave us on our own. Rather, he desires to restore what was lost.”Id. at 5. This is acrucial part of the Bible for all individuals to understand, I believe many peoples idea ofreligion is that God judges and punishes us for our actions because he is upset with thedecision of Adam and Eve. However, the purpose behind Him and His teachings are to showman of his ways but love them unconditionally, despite their nature to sin.
