The investigation and conduct mitigation of verbal harassment are similar to gender discrimination; it is critical that industries train/ enforce rules and regulations governing all superior’s and staff members from the highest levels to the lowest. Verbal harassment will deteriorate the moral and loyalty of any company, and it should be addressed on every level and corrected on the spot. Conclusion Superiors should enforce and ensure strict implementations of policies that prohibit harassment and discrimination at places of work according to requirements by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (Walsh, 2015, p.298). Also, I would create a policy that would encourage all victims to report any type of offenses without fear of retaliation. Establish mandated annual training and educational programs for all employees and management alike. Reference
