strong suit. We always allocated the proper team member to an adequate job in- order to arrive at the most successful result. While those who felt more comfortable with information and logistics focused their attention on these tasks. When it comes to leadership it was very difficult to identify a specific member as the sole leader. We never really focused on one person calling all the shots, many of our decisions were team based and we made sure that majority of our peers were on board with the decision. Often at times of disagreements we allowed discussion to address exactly which view seemed the most logical. Majority of our group focused on the interpersonal well being of our members as opposed to strictly focusing on productivity although it was still an important aspect. Situational leadership and trait leadership were the two primary theories visible among us. At times when we addressed certain topics the role of leadership was shifted depending on who exactly felt most comfortable with the task at hand. Personally, our time management as a group all together was slightly inconsistent. At times we didn’t take into consideration that some students work or have different things going on, which made things difficult when short notice deadlines were set. Aside from that I am satisfied with the overall performance of our group.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
