Everyone was a given a seat at the table , and we had a free flow of discussion , that encouraged us to share our opinions and views and make decisions based on the final output from him. More over the delegation and empowerment techniques helped him to be a good team leader for the completion of the task. One thing I witnessed is that to be a successful winning team it is essential to maintain a good relationship among them. This is the main supporting factor where proper communication should take place to clear the misunderstandings and to accept constructive criticism as well. Though we had lot of conflicts in between the members when we carry out the project, the strong organizational culture we had motivate our team members to work together to achieve the set goals of the team. And it provides the team spirit to achieve our mission and vision of the team, and also we as team members we didn’t stick only to role given to us, we share our opinions and we helped each other to complete our team members part as well, this helps us to manage time to complete the task and promote confidence among us. It is because we are used to flexible work programs in our organization where we have given greater freedom to fulfill our obligations to job sharing methods, this practice made us closer to each other and we did not feel the burden of the task. And finally all these practices helped us to complete the task successfully. Page 18
