Many scholars have published hundreds of journals andarticles talking about internationalization and the strategy used to achieve it. Aswe embarked on the start of this research, we had one question that we intendedto seek its answers through a more expansive view; we achieved this throughinterviews that we conducted with the top management members at LuckySeven Decoration Company LimitedIn our first interview that we conducted with the board president, the father,we asked him what he understands by the term internationalization. Accordingto him (Interview with respondent 1) and based on his experience, internationalization refers to the state of having a broader market and that theraw materials, labor costs, commercial land, and so on are cheaper. He also saidthat shortcomings of internationalization are apparent; the longer supply chainand the risk of doing business become much higher. His understanding ofinternationalization is similar to the knowledge of it published in the Journal ofBusiness Research (Galindo et al., 2016). The three scholars characterizeinternationalization with more markets being available for businesses andentrepreneurs to place their products. They have gone a step ahead and clarifiedthat with increased market availability, positive expectations of business growthwould cause greater competition and innovation, which helps achieve anincreased level of product internationalization. We attempted to find out what internationalization mean for family capital, and he said that there are two major effects of internationalization on ahousehold capital. Maximization of family human resources was the first reasonhe termed and the second one was that internationalization means that theaccumulation of family social capital increases. On further explanation of thefirst reason (maximization of family resources), given that he has three childrenin which two of them have experienced studying abroad, the process ofinternationalization will enable of two sons to better adapt to foreign customersand partners. On the second reason (accumulation of family social capital), hefurther said that given a family business, the most important thing is to expandthe social network so as to get out of the family-based working and movetowards achieving a formal corporatization. Internationalization can easily make
this possible as the business will be expanding. The authors of this paperattempted to link this understanding to existing literature, and there were somany similarities that we found out; the work of Lien and Tsao (2013) statesthat family management will positively moderates the relation linking
