The wanton political disregard by the communist party in Beijing toward the environment and how the Ehrlich Holdren Equation minimize the role of the state’s bloody hands and the role that it played in regards to social and environmental impact is indeed appalling to say the least. If Chinese expansion of their international reach is not challenged soon, much of the world’s oceans will be left void of life, endangered species become extinct, carbon and nitrogen gas emission increased. Using the Ehrlich Holdren’s Equation, China’s governmental policy and its political will and utter readiness to destroy the environment and wildlife at all cost actively hides behind its large population to mask its true environmental impact. The equation thus miserably fails to measure and take account the political resolve of an organization that would have impacted the environment. Thank you. Baraniuk, C. (2016, 09 21).
