Threats There is increasing competition from a number of individual food trucks, as well as, established food parks like Houston Food Truck Parking. Despite the fact that this is a unique business model, there is the threat of the business model being copied by various competitors at their advantge, making the park loos its competitve edge (Alyssa, 2017). Conclusion In conclusion, Shock the Monkey Food Park’s business model, its location, and strategy gives it a competitive edge over its competitors.
