4.1.9 Communication between Employees The communication between employees is another aspect possibly highly contributing to employee productivity. The results are with the highest ranking answer of 56%, meaning the people definitely do receive enough opportunity to interact with other employees. Following is 33% of people saying they agree that there are possibilities with communicating to others. On the other hand, 11% of the employees think that there is not opportunity from the organisation to allow them to interact with their coworkers. The communication between workers builds trust and loyalty, while encouraging team work to flow better and positive relationships can result in higher employee productivity. 4.1.10 Employee Relationship with Supervisor The responses found in the following aspect described the employees relationship with their supervisor. From the answers it is clear that the majority of employees have a good relationship with their supervisor, with a 44% of respondents saying they are on good terms, while 33% of people stated the relationship as moderate, followed by 11% of respondents being on splendid relationship with their supervisor. As a contrast, 6% of the respondents, making it one person have stated that their relationship is poor. Employee job performance can be greatly contributed to by having a good relationship with their supervisor, where the supervisor acts as an advocate for employees by gathering and distributing the resources needed by the employees. This in turn supports positive encouragement. 4.1.11 Employee Job Security The following responses were given considering the employees’ job security presence in the workplace. 50% of the respondents in this factor said that feel the job security is moderate in the company, whereby 22% describe to have a good job security. the people not in a comfortable positions regarding job security. The job security for employees contributes to their work playing a crucial role in attracting, keeping and motivating them to perform their best. 4.1.12 Clear Definition of Tasks The following responses were given taking into consideration clear task definitions administered to the employees. From the table it can be seen that 33% of the workers can agree on having clear task definitions at their workplace, whereas 22% have said they disagree, meaning they do not feel they have their tasks communicate to them well enough. 34% of the people either strongly disagree or strongly agree to clear definitions at their workplace, while the remaining 11% neither agree or disagree. Having clear task definitions can motivate employees to perform more effectively in their job and therefore help the organisation to achieve its goals. 4.1.13 Supervisors Rating on Communication Employee productivity is also contributed to by the supervisor. The following was the response from employees rating of their supervisor in terms of communication.
