Corteva, Dow, and DuPont to fulfill their three new seperate divisions. After reading this week about how a company replaces their AIS application think of how hard it is to merge two companies and their systems, then in 18 months split into three companies having three different AIS applications. A great concern would be which system to choose to use for the 18-month period. Whichever system is chosen then the other company will need to be trained on how to use the new system. Dow’s corporate website explains the split by reporting, “ Once each division has its own processes, people, assets, systems and licenses in place to operate independently from the parent company, DowDuPont intends to separate the divisions to stand within their own legal entities, subject to Board approval and any regulatory approvals.” After the long process there will be three new AIS applications for each of the new companies. The individual companies need to go through the system development cycle to decide the best AIS system for the company. Once the system is decided the workers need to be retrained on the upgraded system and make sure everything works flawlessly. The merger and split worked well for the companies because they are very successful. There are challenges that come changing anything once the challenges are overcome, success is in the future. - form/97/web/2019/06

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
