hand is to have a great relationship. So, making a great impression off the start is very important. When making a first impression I want to remember that body language says a lot. If I were to stand there talking to my customers with my hands on my hip or even have my arms crossed, it shows my customers that I'm not interested and can it even imply aggressiveness. I would try to match posture voice and words to theirs as most of us prefer to be among people who are most like us, right? I know I do. I would also try to make eye contact. Eye contact helps establish to my customers that I am interested in them and what they have to say. I want my customers to feel that it is all about them and in doing so, I would let them know they are the focus of this interaction. So, no matter what happens I will not stir away from my customers at hand and make it about me. I want my customers to feel from the first moment we meet that they are my main focus and it will stay that way. Making a great impression with my customers is a great way to start off a very good and long-lasting relationship.
