Conclusion
After taking the Cliffton Strength Finders assessment, I am more aware of my top five
strengths. I can clearly see how the strengths lead me to naturally fall into Transformational
Leadership theory. I want to bring everyone together to work toward the common goal. This
leadership style can be very effective for me, but I also realize that it has its weaknesses. I have
put together a few SMART goals in order to try to maximize my strengths and minimize my
weaknesses. In conclusion, I found this to be very helpful and I fully intend on accomplishing
my SMART goals.
