Your trainer will act as your supervisor for this simulated assessment. You will be progressively completing tasks one after another within the simulated environment (or your preferred workplace) to complete the assessment tasks. As each store has individual KPIs and KRAs, your job after your one month of training and induction will be to manage the overall store.
