After reading about all the health benefits of eating foods with antioxidants and taking dietary supplements, I feel that I should improve my daily eating habits. It would probably make me feel better and might give me more energy through the day. But honestly, I would probably have a good month of healthy choices and fall back into old routines. I do grow my own garden and provide a somewhat healthy choice of dinners, but I love candy and I’m not sure if I am ready to give that up.
