Managers will expect expectations for a clear benchmark for a role so that the tenant will inevitably ensure the productivity targets they set. (Pinnacle Accounting & Finance, LLC, 2018) Competency framework Competency framework is a benchmark to help organizations categorize and select human resources. In it, we will be able to clarify factors that can affect performance such as skills, knowledge, abilities, experience, etc(Au.hudson.com, 2018). 6.3 On-Boarding and Induction With the onboarding program, new employees will be introduced to the organization, employment, work environment, relationships within the company and employees will have to provide the organization with personal information or the ability to work in line with the long- term commitment of the company. With the induction program employees will be informed about the rules of the regulations in the company and let them know about their salary. The introduction process will show them the responsibility for their work, the rights and benefits they enjoy and the motivation to work. With the induction program, new employees will be able to integrate into the new environment better, bringing the ease of work to reduce the rate of leave after work(Investors in People, 2018). From: Student Name Khanh Linh Date: November 6, 2018 Ref: Opening New Branch I write this letter to address some of the proposals to develop and build a new Vietinbank branch in My Dinh. As far as I know in My Dinh has a branch of Vietinbank to serve the needs of traditional customers, I suggest that this new branch will open up to focus on high-end customers of the bank. Then we need to identify the stakeholders to meet their interest needs for the bank. This will help our new branch grow stronger in the future. In addition, we need to discover how the functions in new branch can connect and help one another to achieve a positive business result. Finally, the recruitment process, we need to improve the management to ensure the operation of the new branch is the position as the business unit manager, human resources manager , chief financial officer, executive secretary , assistant managers, head cashier and information services . We need to choose high-quality human resources that can accompany the conditions of having more than 5 years of experience in banking and English degree. The above are all my suggestions.
