Which data points from the report/project (ratings, comments, other information) highlight this strength, and what do such data tell you about what you are concretely doing to demonstrate this strength? You will want to provide specific data to help identify exactly what specific behaviors you are doing effectively. Look closely at related item statistics, from multiple areas of the report. Be sure to be explicit about the numbers and/or quotes you are drawing on and include them here. Item means, standard deviations, differences in scores across rater categories, comparisons with class averages, etc. may all be relevant. Part of this project is about demonstrating that you have analytical skills and can meaningfully interpret various kinds of data and use it to bolster your logic. This answer should be significant in length. 3c. Whydoes this perceived strength exist?Or why do people perceive it to exist? Where have the behaviors – or perceptions – come from? What are the root causes driving the behaviors ortheperceptions? Consider (and cite) data about your personality, values, and/or other item scores about related behaviors in your explanation. Also think about the role of social context. How might your perceived weaknesses/strengths reflect the situations in which people have observed you? 3d. What are the potential benefits of doing more with this strength? How might further use of it or further development here affect how others see you?
