to become a leader, acting ethically will be a top priority for me. This is how I will create an at-mosphere that will ensure a system of accountability for every student. In addition, administra-tive ethics includes upholding principles that promote the achievement of all students. My Personal Philosophy As my personal philosophy is a work in progress, I truly believe that a leader is only as effective as their followers. As an elective teacher, I feel that what I teach is insignificant becauseof the lack of importance given to my content area by administration. As a future leader, I do not want to be like this. Regardless of what positions my staff have, I hope to make all feel like an asset to the organization. To inspire, grow, lead, and make life- long connections with my follow-ers would provide me the greatest satisfaction.ReferencesNir, A.E., & Kranot, N. (2006).
