In my view, A good bonus program can inspire better morale and more productivity. But another key advantage is the program’s ability to boost earnings for our company. When we give our employees an incentive to really push and achieve their goals, we’re actually helping them achieve our goals as well. As a result, they receive a portion of the gain as a reward for their part in the company’s ability to meet business goals. It’s a win-win situation. BSBWOR502 - Lead and manage team effectiveness objectives of the company. Because at the end of the day, goals for our bonus program should be focused on what drives success in our NNEC’s company. Gold stars have their place in the working world as well as in school. Employees succeed on recognition from their boss and peers. Formal ceremonies that award an employee a medal and awarding bonus to team members a chance to be recognized in front of the entire organization.
