do you have eyes? Do you have jaws? what gets expressed is the genotype A few things… In humans, males and females are sperm and eggs producing parents Just cause a behavior evolved doesn’t mean your different or that it proves evolution (last 2 points) The Naturalistic Fallacy Naturalistic fallacy is the Idea is that what natural is good but just because something is natural doesn’t mean its good or its okay to do like murder its natural but not okay to do The ought/is distinction: o Science tells us about the world how it is but not how it ought to be. Eg: Murder is how world is but doesn’t mean that how it SHOULD be The diagram explains the naturalistic fallacy ( being natural doesn’t give one thing or another benefit/intrinsic value, they are EQUALLY natural Not everything is adaptive Loose definition of Adaptive : something that increases reproductive success is adaptive

We don’t see enough generation of animals to see evolution happening, we can only look as fossils or etc, we don’t know what ACTUALLY happened Just cause behavior is from adaptions doesn’t MEAN that all behavior is adaptive or just cause we can make evolutionary explanations Evolution can only build on pre-existing structures

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
