Specific Goal: I am going to try and get more fruit in my diet to increase magnesium and potassium. I am also going to do a glass of milk a day and try and eat more cereal with milk to increase my overall calcium. 15. Answer: Supersize me film. I watched this a long time ago and picked to re watch it again for this question. It so gorse to see how it affects that guy from only eating fast food. I know we see people every day and I am sure a huge number of people have seen that movie and still go out every day and get fast food. I know I eat out once or twice a week but I still look for the healthiest place I can. I feel its good to go back and re watch films like this to remind you what your putting in your body when you go to places like MD’s. I feel more education and knowledge needs to be spread on issues like this so people understand and are reminded what they are eating and how it is effecting their bodies.
