You are then required to ask your team to share their ideas on the marketing opportunities you have identified and assessed. Take note of their ideas and get your team to confirm that the three marketing opportunities are viable and align with the organisation’s objectives. The MM (Marketing Manager) introduced the main topics about the meeting, including a brief summary of Riverview Hotel business objectives, target customers and current marketing strategies 2. The MM detailed the business goals, target customers, current marketing strategy and marketing strengths and weaknesses as well. 3. The MM then presented the marketing opportunities that she observed as viable and aligned with the current business objectives 4. The MM opened the meeting for feedback from the present 5. The MT (Marketing Team) strongly agreed with the Customer Experience Marketing strategy. They agreed that this strategy is the most aligned with the business objectives. 6. The MT agreed that the business should improve the presence online and the mobile site user experience. They pointed that the current mobile website is not user friendly in order to book rooms. 7. The MT agreed with the contest / giveaway strategy, but the MD (Manager Director) informed that this strategy could just be financed by the Marketing budget. 8. The MM suggested that instead giving away a cash prize, the Hotel could give away a booking during the low season. 9.
