Schools that do not have uniforms are usually not the best learning places. Uniforms negatively promote Self-Image, limits self-expression, and much more. According to Robyn Silverman who told the NBC that, “As a body image expert, I hear from students all the time that they feel it (wearing uniforms) allows for a lot of comparison. ... So, if you have a body that’s a plus-size body, a curvier body, a very tall body, a very short body, those girls often feel that they don't look their best." Robyn Silverman is talking

about how not everyone looks the same in uniforms, from having a plus-size body to having a very short body. Schools with uniforms versus schools without uniforms is a topic that comes up a lot in schools. While schools without uniforms are not the safest, they do promote Self-Image and self-expression. Which for teenagers is a big thing, it shows who they are and what they love. Schools with uniforms promotes safety, equality, and eliminates the competitive feeling. Schools with uniforms are the better option all around due to them promoting safety and equality. A lot of people have studied over uniforms versus no uniforms, but in conclusion schools with uniforms are overall much more formal, and elegant, then schools without uniforms.
