take the lower position one. The primacy of the value of group identification also discourages managers and workers from moving from company to company. In this case, we can see that the primacy of the groups aren’t beneficial through all the people, but only in the higher caste. With a caste system, social mobility is almost impossible. Because, social position is determined by the family into which a person is born, and change in that position is usually not possible during an individual's lifetime. Often a caste position carries with it a specific occupation. Members of one caste might be shoemakers, members of another might be butchers, and so on. These occupations are embedded in the caste and passed down through the family to succeeding generations. So, in my opinion, I think its time for India to make a change, a big change. With a world grow up rapidly, and the globalization, the caste system is no more relevant. Because, globalization demand unity of the people, borderless system which every people could access the world by their own will.
