They continue to do this even after countless talks from the managers at the nightly meetings. This brings down the moral of the people that are actually following the rules. The third influence that is present is that some people just do not have the money to rush and out and buy the clothes that are now required. We are required to wear khaki pants which are more expensive than blue jeans depending on how tall you are or how much you weigh. The company offers no financial assistance when purchasing clothes. The fourth influence present is the constant nagging of the managers. They telling us the dress code over and over, but never do anything to the people who violate it. They always give everybody one more chance. This is not a positive thing because the people that do follow the rules see this happening and get mad because nothing is happening.

There is not a lot of great skill involved in solving this issue. The main thing is that the managers just need to learn to deal with the individuals that are violating the dress code. I think they have a problem dealing with discipline and do not want to have to discipline anybody.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
