To carry out this new change project in all branches, a group of people has been
assigned to lead the change process and not be traumatic for employees, it starts with a
pilot test at the official headquarters.
A mass communication will be made through meetings, presentations, tutorial videos and
brochures, all this material will be available on the internal work network and will be
socialized with the process leaders, with this we will be able to carry out an online
implementation throughout Australia without any delay.
Each branch will be assigned a process leader who will accompany the store manager
and all staff in the implementation to resolve any doubts or concerns that arise in this new
