American and other minorities groups in the society. Organized criminal gangs terrorize people and take away lives of innocent people. Out of anger and frustration of lacking employment, people contribute to high levels of insecurity. Both the federal and the state governments are doing their best to eradicate the high levels of unemployment to create security and improve the living standards. Therefore, it is correct to say that unemployment not only hurt an individual but the society as a whole since the almost the entire community feels the effects of unemployment. Unemployment denies people the right to basic human necessities. For instance, an unemployed person is most likely to be unable to afford money to pay the mortgage, but food and even send their loved ones to school or the health facilities (Stibel, 2014). Most of the middle-class Americans have more than two little informal paying jobs in a day. Unemployment is directly associated with poverty in the society. It is not uncommon to find a whole community living in poverty because of lack of employment. The most affected people in the U.S are the
