Back in 2004-2006, the real estate market was the “hottest” ever, with the appreciation over 30% in a single year, and with the foreclosure rate much lower than today… and still, many of us created a fortune investing in foreclosures. So, be EXCITED, you are in for a ride of your life!! Now let’s talk about “work” needed to build a successful business! There are a lot of investing courses out there on the same or similar subject, a few are good, but most of them offer very superficial information with a big promise of “get rich overnight” . I am not aware of any method that offers overnight results, so let me be straight up with you - this system requires you to study, requires you to implement, and requires you to execute. So that is work that is REQUIRED. However, if you follow the steps laid out for you, not only that you will soon generate some substantial profits, but you will then have the system that doesn’t require a lot of work to keep it going and then it is a “get rich forever” system! So, I am sorry if I disappointed some of you by saying that “it requires work”, but for your own sake, you need to understand that there is no such a thing as a “magic pill”.

It’s ultimately up to you, but I hope you will follow my advice because dreaming and falling for an “easy way” advertised by some guru won’t get you there… believe me, I’ve been there, done that and than had to wake up and get to work… I am not smarter than you. I tried for years wandering around different seminars, learning all the different concepts from wholesaling, retailing, rehabbing, options, short sales, probates, low-end homes, high-end homes, the list goes on and on. It seemed that every seminar had right reasons why their method was the best. It was hard to know which way to go. I’ve personally tried every concept out there, and I’ll tell you what, surprisingly, if you try hard enough most of them work!! The problem is you have to try very hard! Now, I was never afraid of work, however there is always a shorter way of doing something and a longer way of doing it. Which way do you prefer? So what you have here is the shortcut, it takes work but it is a shortcut. The Pre-foreclosure Real Estate offers the shortest and the fastest way to wealth due to increased motivation of all the parties involved - the homeowners and the lenders… as said earlier. So this is your PROVEN shortcut. In addition, unlike in i.e. Probate process, the timing is relatively short. The Foreclosure process is defined by the state statute, without a lot of room for delays, giving you an opportunity to complete acquisition in matter of days, and many times hours. The faster and easier is for you to profit, more deals you will be able to do and consequently you will build wealth faster.
