TOPIC 1 RESPONSE 2 Hello Ethel, Your post was very informative this week. Identifying stakeholders is important not only for determining who a project’s stakeholders are but also for determining the best way or ways to manage their expectations. Regardless of their level, every stakeholder wants or expects something from the project or its outcome. You can use this to your advantage, for example, during a project proposal meeting. The more thoroughly you address stakeholder interests in defining project objectives, working methods, planning and problem-solving, the better chance you have of getting your project approved (Rapp & Mathieu, 2018). Identifying stakeholders allows for clear communications during periodic updates or project progress meetings. References Rapp, T. L., & Mathieu, J. E. (2018). Team and individual influences on members’ identification and performance per membership in multiple team membership arrangements. Journal of Applied Psychology . TOPIC 1 RESPONSE 3 In researching this topic, I found that a stakeholder analysis is a process, which provides insights into, and understanding of, the interaction between a project and its stakeholders. In other words, the process of listing, classifying, and assessing the influence of these stakeholders in a project is termed a stakeholder analysis (Rapp & Mathieu, 2018). Stakeholder analysis systematically gathers and analyzes both qualitative and quantitative information thereby to determine whose interest should be taken into account throughout the project. One of the first tasks that a clinical project manager must undertake is to identify how stakeholders can make the greatest impact on the research project or program change, which is being contemplated. References Rapp, T. L., & Mathieu, J. E. (2018). Team and individual influences on members’ identification and performance per membership in multiple team membership arrangements. Journal of Applied Psychology . Knowing who the stakeholders are and where they fit in the development and deployment phases of the project is vital to understanding and effectively addressing their expectations or concerns. Communications then become a trust-building, two-sided conversation, putting you in a good position to more effectively manage the stakeholder-project manager relationship. TOPIC 2 RESPONSE 1

One of the key features of an EHR is that health information can be created and managed by authorized providers in a digital format capable of being shared with other providers across more than one health care organization (Anderson, Sparbel, Barr, Doerschug & Corbridge, 2018). EHRs are built to share information with other health care providers and organizations such as laboratories,
