Use as much space as required 2.8 The dates, alternate dates and times of the proposed operation – CAR 623-65(d)(3)(e) The dates, alternate dates and times of the proposed operation Note: If you require specific dates due to operational reasons, please state this. If your times are flexible, it is suggested that you apply for a given time period from the date of issue. (eg. November 30 to December 31, 2016) 2.9 Location(s) of the operation Location(s) of the operation Note: For site-specific SFOC , please describe the site in detail through the use of latitude and longitude coordinates that encompasses the entire proposed operation area or via a latitude and longitude coordinate and a radius of operations from that point. This can be detailed in Appendix B – Site Survey. CAR623.65(d)(3)(j) ….the plan shall include a clear, legible presentation of the area to be used during the operation….in the form of a scale diagram, aerial photograph or large scale topographical chart….. Note: For standing SFOC , please provide the geographical boundary in which you plan to operate (eg. Municipality, Province, Region, etc.). The Site Survey in Appendix B is required for each site of operation, shall be retained for 1 year, and is subject to review by Transport Canada at any time. With a Standing SFOC, you will need to demonstrate risk mitigation procedures for all types of authorized airspace within the operation area you apply to work in. Fill in applicable information here. Use as much space as required 2.10 By checking YES, the Certificate Applicant confirms that the UAV will not be operated indoors, where there are people who are not part of the operation as per Section 6.16 of Staff Instruction 623-001. YES - NO - If the response to the above condition is NO, please detail your proposed procedures and processes including risk mitigation measures to demonstrate how you intend to operate safely: Fill in applicable information here. Use as much space as required 2.11 By checking YES, the Certificate Applicant confirms that the altitudes and routes to be used on the approach and departure to and from the area where the operation will be carried out (CAR 8.10 623.65(d)(3)(j)) will conform with all other stipulations in this application.
