As a result, when a clear picture is formed by the investigator about the cause of the thermal-comfort problem and the action needed to rectify it, the investigation can be terminated. 4.2 Implementation of the investigation approach The multi phase approach discussed in the previous is solution based approach developed to identify and rectify the problem as quick as possible. The approach has been designed in a manner so as to use the resources as per the requirements during different phases; it thus helps in reducing unnecessary utilization of resources. Most of the time it happens that irrespective the severity and the type of problem, all the possible resources are gathered even though there is no need of them. The systematic approach discussed above when followed properly will lead to optimal use of resources at different stages. It is based on the utilization resources gradually.
