Him and praise Him with all the strength we have, because either way, God will be by our side. God will intervene as He sees fit, we must have complete faith in Him, even if we cannot understand at first. For we will never know the why, but our suffering will help strengthen our relationship with God in numerous ways. Whatever happens will happen on God’s time, not our own. For I hope this helps you find comfort and an understanding in God, throughout this difficult time. There is never complete darkness, there is always light, even in the dark. 5. According to Chapter 7 in the textbook, how might the problem of evil and suffering lead one to the conclusion that moral absolutes exist? “Existence of absolute truth should guide the pursuit of knowledge, the existence of moral absolutes should guide and pursuit of ethical understandings” (Jibben, 2015, para 39). Every day we experience evil and/or suffering and because moral absolutes exist by proven truth and absolute truths that we incur. All humanity will face suffering and evil throughout their lives, and it is up to our faith if we will decide to heal from our suffering, or to continue to suffer and not be free of our suffering. For we will never know the answer to why, for He does not owe us anything, for He gave us all that we do have, thus, we must continue to have faith in Him so that we can one day be saved, which will end our suffering, because we will be in heaven, living an eternal life.
