INCIVILITY 10 Incivility is a major problem in the current higher-education system. Nonetheless, many people do not understand the major cause of the practice. Clark and Springer conducted a study on the perceptions of students and faculty in regard to uncivil behavior in nursing education (Cark & Springer, 2007). This mock study was a replication of the same although it was mainly involved in investigating student and faculty perceptions in undergraduate psychology classes.
