Knowledge Evidence To complete the unit requirements safely and effectively, the individual must: Assessed in outline the environmental or sustainability legislation, regulations and codes of practice applicable to the organization AT1.1,2,3,4,5,6,7 AT2 identify internal and external sources of information and explain how they can be used to plan and develop the organization’s sustainability policy AT1.8 AT2 explain policy development processes and practices AT1.9,10,11 AT2 outline organizational systems and procedures that relate to sustainability AT1.11,12,13,14,15 AT4 outline typical barriers to implementing policies and procedures in an organization and possible strategies to address them. AT2 AT3 Assessors must satisfy the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015/AQTF mandatory competency requirements for assessors.
