Community engagement - Visit local schools and the community centers. Attending parades and participating in them in the past, normally the local schools play a role in performing and participating in the parade. This will also provide additional ideas for acts and entertainment. Maintenance- How will the communication plan and tools be updated? Accountability- Who is ultimately responsible for implementing the communication plan? Recommend three actions that the project manager should take to establish rapport and effective communications with all team members. Three actions that the project manager should take to establish rapport and effective communication would be to try and incorporate some type of team building activity. This should be an activity that would allow team members and the project manager to get to know each other and build relationships. In doing this it allows the team to become more comfortable with each other thus making communication more effective and information better received. It can create a dialog between members and the project manager and help to resolve any issues quicker.
