It is easy to find potential labors with similar skills. 2) Economic conditions Unemployment rate is low at 4.3%, and the economic condition is good. 3) Industry trends online competitive market has made brick-and-mortar stores harder to compete. Therefore, they have collaborated with fashion designers to attract more customers with lower prices on high-end merchandise Now, Target is facing a labor supply exceeds labor demand. One of Nidia’s coworkers was forced to retire early after 25 years working with Target. We suggest to do a hiring freeze and to promote or transfer from within to compensate for any gap in labor.
