Grading ProcedureGrades reflect your performance on assignments and adherence to deadlines. Grades on assignmentswill be available within approximately 72 hours of the due date in the Grade book.It is the learnersresponsibility to check our Canvas grade book frequently so you are aware of your class standing at alltimes.
Late or Missed AssignmentsLate Yellowdig posts, LaunchPad diet analysis and nutrition calculations assignments will not beaccepted.Notify the instructorBEFOREan assignment is due if an urgent situation arises and you areunable to submit remaining course assignments on time. Please note:If you are submitting the dietanalysis "reflection" assignment on Canvas late, you must provide written documentation of a validexcuse for late submission.Going on a vacation or having to work late is not a valid excuse for missingany course deadlines as assignments will be available for several days before due dates.Please notethe following:Learning Curve assignments can be submitted up to 24 hours late without an excuse or latepenalty.Only the Reflection Questions submitted on Canvas for your Diet Analysis can be submittedup to 2 days late with a valid excuse and a 10% penalty for each day the assignment is late.Absolutely no other late assignments will be accepted.This course will follow the appropriate University policies to request anaccommodation for religiouspractices()or to accommodate a missedassignmentdue to University-sanctioned activities(-02.html).Communicating With the InstructorCommunity Forum in "Discussions" Tab on Left of ScreenThis course uses a discussion topic called "Community Forum" for general questions and commentsabout the course.
