Vietinbank vision is to develop to be the number one bank in Vietnam, so the influence to Vietinbank such as government, customers, shareholder are very huge, because the biggest shareholder are the Government (64%) so the interest for the company is similar to the influence itself. Shinhan is 100% international share, so the Vietnamese government and community has little effect on Shinhan, the purpose of ofShinhan in Vietnam is to expand their brand to the world. There are a main similarity about both banks, which is the concern about the creditor, capital mobilized will help the bank to develop and maintain the operation smoothly and the creditor will be the one which mostly responsible for helping both banks
