Self-awareness2. Critical thinking3. Creative thinking4. Decision making5. Problem Solving6. Effective communication7. Interpersonal relationship8. Empathy9. Coping with stress10. Coping with emotionIMPORTANCE OF LIFE SKILL EDUCATION1. Life skills help youths to transit successfully fromchildhood to adulthood by healthy development of socialand emotional skills.2. It helps in the development of social competence andproblem-solving skills, which in turn help youths to formtheir own identity.3. It helps to weigh pros and cons of the situation, hence,act as a mediator to problem behavior.4. It promotes positive social, norms that an impact theadolescent health services, schools and family.5. It helps adolescents to differentiate between hearingand listening and thus, ensuring less developmentmisconceptions or miscommunications regarding issuessuch as drugs, alcoholism etc.6.
