I would implement diversity and inclusion workshops: First, to have the workshops to educate leadership that is least diverse in these areas of work. Secondly, as leaders, we can play a crucial role in shaping company values. Diversity goals should be set from top-down and implemented company-wide. Leadership is responsible for making a decision within an organization.
