understand how a business plan really works is to put it into practice.
A business plan contains different sections: (1) executive summary, (2) description of
proposed business, (3) industry analysis, (4) mission statement and core values, (5) management
plan, (6) goods, services, and the production process, (7) marketing, (8) global issues, (9)
financial plan, and (10) appendices. By including all of these into your business plan it will give
any reader a clear picture of what your business is and what it is you wish to accomplish in the
present and future. There are elements that business plan should contain in order to be effective.
It should have vision, action, and monitoring (Helbig 2016). It having those three features in the
different sections of the business plan will make the business plan easy to understand and show
the passion that the business owner is going to out into their future company.
To gain a better understanding of a business plan and their effectiveness is to put it into
practice. A hypothetical small business operation has started on a college campus. A student
